The Global Export Accelerator helps Australian food and hospitality companies expand into Southeast Asia. Through mentoring, market insights, and direct buyer engagement, participants gain the skills and connections to succeed in global markets. 

Program Overview 

Delivered in alignment with Food & Hospitality Asia (Singapore), the Global Export Accelerator is a buyer-focused, export-readiness program supporting participating companies to: 

• Refine market and channel strategies for ASEAN markets 
• Build buyer and distributor networks across Southeast Asia 
• Engage directly with qualified international buyers 
• Strengthen negotiation, market entry, and investment capabilities through expert mentoring 

Facilitated by Brisbane Economic Development Agency – Investment (BEDA) in partnership with Export Connect, the program provides participants with a structured and high-impact pathway to export success. 

Global Mission – April 2026 

The accelerator culminates in an international mission to Singapore during Food & Hospitality Asia, where participants will: 

• Meet prospective buyers and in-market partners 
• Gain firsthand insights into global competitors 
• Strengthen connections across ASEAN’s fast-growing food ecosystem 

Participation in the program requires commitment to all program phases, including the in-person global trade mission.
